Addy's Summer Place ??

When did this book come out? I have never seen it before or heard discussion of it?

Is it similiar to the travel books? Does anyone have it?

The book is in the short story format--not larger like Molly's Route 66 book. I have it, but haven't actually read it yet.

Short story book, copyright 2003. This is the one that Addy's Cape Island dress came out with.

I have it. It is a really good story where Addy, in my opinion, really shows her maturity when confronted with racism. I also love the Cape Island Dress so I got them together.

I didn't realize it was a short story because the price was different (4.95) than Addy's Little Brother (3.95 ). (WOW 4.95 is a lot for those little books)

and also because Addy's Little Brother is listed as Addy's Little Brother Short Story, and Addy's Summer Place doesn't have Short Story tacked on.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">They raised the price after the 3rd set. The last 2 for Kirsten, Josefina, Addy, Sam, Molly, the last Felicity one, the only Kaya one, and both Kit ones cost $4.95. The ones in the first 3 sets were $3.95.

I read it ... it was such a cool idea, but I felt like there was a tiny bit too much going on in thirty pages.

I have it (got it for Christmas in a 5 book set with Addy.) I think it might have made a better long story and thus gone into more detail, but it's still my favorite of the Addy Shorts.
